Lead Financial Analyst - Cape Canaveral FL

Job Overview We are looking for a Lead Financial Analyst for the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program at Lockheed Martin Space in Cape Canaveral, Florida. This role leads a team of financial analysts responsible for Earned Value Management (EVM) to ensure the program meets its financial commitments. Responsibilities Lead effectively across all business functions, ensuring the F&BO team completes all necessary reporting requirements while supporting financial needs of the Strategic Infrastructure and Capabilities directorate leadership. Review and coordinate Monthly Electronic Variance Reports (EVAR) Summary Reports and review monthly EVM reports with Resource Analysts prior to archiving. Coordinate monthly diagnostics, taking corrective action as needed. Load and maintain budgets in EVM tool (Cobra) and claim performance Cost of Work Performed (BCWP) monthly. Utilize the EVM system to measure cost and schedule performance, preparing variance reports on a monthly basis. Prepare presentations for upper management and customers on a weekly, monthly and bi‑monthly basis as required. Prepare yearly Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEACs). Develop and maintain directorate sales planning on a quarterly basis. Assist with proposals and preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOE’s) for labor and non‑labor inputs. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent years of experience/combined education, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree. 3+ years of EVM or program performance management experience, or related cost management tools. US citizenship and ability to obtain a SECRET clearance upon selection. Desired Skills Experience with SAP and COBRA. Previous experience working on defense contracts. Experience with resource‑loaded Integrated Master Schedules. Knowledge of the Fleet Ballistic Missile program. Contract experience and proposal preparation experience. Active Secret clearance. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen. Clearance level: Secret. Work Schedule & Location Onsite full‑time at the Lockheed Martin facility in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Schedule: 9x80 (eight‑hour day for nine consecutive days, followed by two days off; alternate Friday off).
