• Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Hours/Week: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certs: MN license required; BLS & ACLS certifications
• Experience: Prior hematology/oncology inpatient experience required

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $105.02

What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for patients of all ages
• Support hematology/oncology team with assessments, treatments, and procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to develop patient care plans
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and follow-up care
• Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR system
• Assist in building the hospital's bone marrow transplant practice as needed
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need:

• Valid Minnesota license as an NP or PA
• Prior experience with hematology patients (benign/malignant)
• Proficiency in inpatient care procedures and EMR documentation
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting
