Job Description Job Description We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications Greet visitors and provide general administrative support Maintain filing systems, records, and office documents Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars Order and maintain office supplies and equipment Prepare reports, correspondence, and data entry tasks Assist with mail distribution and shipping/receiving packages Support staff with administrative and clerical duties as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous office or administrative experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Professional attitude and customer service skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Typical office setting with standard business hours Hourly Rate based on experience
