Lead Our Kitchen as an Experienced Sous Chef in Austin
Join our dynamic culinary team as a Sous Chef and take the helm of our kitchen operations! We're seeking an experienced and passionate culinary leader to work alongside our General Manager and Culinary Director. This is your opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, mentor kitchen staff, and help execute our culinary vision with precision and creativity.
- Lead and supervise kitchen team members, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
- Collaborate with the Culinary Director to develop menus and maintain consistency across all dishes
- Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen workflow to ensure efficient service
- Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen supplies
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with food handling regulations
- Support service during peak hours and troubleshoot any kitchen challenges
