Administrative Assistant
Billing Clerk
Receptionist

7:30AM – 4:30PM | Monday – Friday | $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

A full-service industrial contracting and construction company headquartered in Decatur, IL is looking for Administrative candidates to fill a number of open roles.

Qualifications for Administrative Positions

2-3 years of office clerical experience
Familiarity with office concepts, practices and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Good data entry speed and accuracy
Previous billing experience would be a plus
Experience answering multi-line phone systems would be helpful

Responsibilities for Administrative Positions

Answering multi-line phones
Opening and distributing incoming mail
Distribute vendor invoices to department managers
Preparing daily deposits from checks received
Entering purchase orders
Resolving price or quantity discrepancies
Dealing with confidential information
Keeping filing current

Data Entry to support billing
Assist with preparation and mailing invoices
