Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Assignment)

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Rate starting at : $17.86 per hour

As a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in supporting inbound and outbound fulfillment operations. From receiving and processing materials to packaging and shipping critical components, your work will directly support operational efficiency and on-time delivery in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

What You'll DoShipping & Receiving Operations

• Process inbound and outbound shipments to support production and customer requirements.
• Package, label, and prepare materials for shipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.

Material Handling & Logistics

• Assist with the movement, storage, and delivery of parts and materials.
• Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments for accuracy.
• Support fulfillment activities to ensure timely delivery schedules are met.

Inventory & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Utilize computer systems to track materials and update logistics information.
• Assist with inventory control and material accountability processes.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Support packaging and shipping activities in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with supply chain, shipping, receiving, and operations teams.
• Support multiple logistics and goods movement activities as business needs require.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or logistics systems.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing more than 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with Mil-Spec packaging requirements.
• Strong computer proficiency and experience with inventory tracking systems.
• Experience working in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or defense environments.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic operation.

Pay Details: $17.86 per hour
