Human Resources Associate

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with strong recruiting and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience to support end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. This role will serve as a key partner to hiring managers, candidates, and HR stakeholders, ensuring seamless recruitment and onboarding experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and processes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing recruitment operations, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining ATS data integrity, and facilitating effective communication throughout the employee lifecycle. Required Qualification sBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field .3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting Operations .Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar platforms .Experience coordinating employee onboarding and new hire orientation programs .Strong verbal and written communication skills .Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously .Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook .Strong attention to detail and organizational skills .Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualificatio nsHR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalen t.Experience with HRIS platforms and recruitment analytic s.Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practice s.Experience supporting remote or geographically dispersed team s.Exposure to workforce planning and talent management initiative s.Experience creating HR reports, dashboards, and recruitment metric #J-18808-Ljbffr
