As a Day Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and safety while collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Breading, portioning, and preparing sauces to create our signature dishes.
- Line Cook: Cook and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Deliveries: Assist in putting away any deliveries and maintaining an organized kitchen.
- Food Safety: Ensure maintenance and food safety of your assigned station.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrate punctuality, follow procedures and recipes, and be a consistent team player.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a line cook or kitchen staff position in a restaurant environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, with a schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
