This role partners closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and efficient hiring processes. The incumbent will leverage data-driven insights, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment best practices to meet organizational hiring goals. Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition StrategyDevelop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans.Build workforce planning strategies in partnership with business leaders and HR Business Partners.Drive proactive talent pipelining for critical and niche roles.Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.Recruitment OperationsManage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.Lead hiring for leadership, technical, and business-critical positions.Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Quality of Hire, and Hiring Manager Satisfaction.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends and hiring strategies.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business teams to ensure hiring aligns with budgets and workforce plans.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.Set performance goals and monitor recruiter productivity.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
