MetaOption LLC is hiring a Loan Servicing Unit Manager in El Monte, CA, onsite five days a week. The role oversees daily loan operations, including complaints, payments, payoffs, escrow, and regulatory compliance across the loan servicing unit. You will manage staff, align processes with laws (TRID, RESPA, BSA/BO, GLBA), drive improvements, and coordinate with related departments to meet service levels and KPIs.
