Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments, providing a thorough evaluation of clients’ mental health, emotional wellbeing, and support systems.

• Maintain ongoing communication with referring physicians, providing updates on clients' progress and collaboratively addressing any emerging concerns.

• Document clinical notes and treatment progression accurately and timely in accordance with clinic protocols and state regulations.

• Provide crisis intervention services, employing de-escalation techniques to ensure immediate client safety and stabilization.

• Engage clients in regular therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to their needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family therapy.

• Facilitate coordination with family members and support networks to create a comprehensive support system for clients.

Your role as an LMFT will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing challenges related to relationships, communication, and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
