Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency trained physicians

to join our established and new outpatient Primary Care practices located in the greater Hartford Connecticut area. Certification & Licensure Board certified or Board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Valid medical license (or eligibility) in CT. DEA registration and state-controlled substance certification, or eligibility to obtain both. Maintained credentialing in accordance with medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements.
