Compensation & Benefits
- up to $60,000 annual salary , based on experience

- Assist with accounts payable and invoice processing
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support monthly reconciliations and reporting
- Help prepare invoices, statements, and related accounting materials
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic accounting software
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
