Schedule and practice model:

• Outpatient-only dental practice
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or four 10-hour shifts available
• Team-based clinical support structure

Clinical responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to pediatric and adult patients
• Perform restorative procedures, extractions, and routine dental care
• Handle routine and complex procedures including molars and extractions
• Collaborate closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff
• Refer complex pediatric cases internally as needed
• Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives

Compensation and benefits:

• Base salary: $183,000 $225,000 annually
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 relocation reimbursement
• Additional $10,000 relocation support for qualifying family relocation
• 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD required
• Active California dental license or ability to obtain required
• Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patient populations required
• Experience with extractions and complex procedures preferred
