THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As our Customer Service Representative, your day begins by answering incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with their electrical needs. You listen carefully to understand their concerns, guide them toward the right solutions, and confidently schedule appointments that meet their needs. Throughout the day, you proactively make outbound calls to customers and leads to help fill available openings and maximize scheduling opportunities. You build genuine relationships that make customers feel heard, valued, and comfortable, while clearly explaining our services, benefits, memberships, and available options so they feel confident in their decisions. Whether you're addressing questions, resolving concerns, or helping customers navigate the booking process, you take ownership of every interaction and strive to create an experience that exceeds expectations from the first conversation to the final appointment booking.

OUR IDEAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We're looking for a dedicated team-player who can meet the following qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service, scheduling, call center, or sales experience
• Appointment booking experience
• Outbound calling experience
• Home services industry experience
• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or construction industry background
• Relationship-building abilities
• Experience discussing pricing, services, memberships, and financing
• CRM or customer management software experience
• Ability to proactively identify scheduling opportunities
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience resolving challenging customer situations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
