Wage Claims Adjudicator II - Enforce Labor Laws

California Department of Industrial Relations seeks a Deputy Labor Commissioner II in the Wage Claim Adjudication (WCA) unit. The DLC II proactively investigates and adjudicates claims, writes decisions or orders based on evidence at hearings, and enforces applicable laws under division policies. This posting supports timely handling of cases in accordance with state law. Work location is in Bakersfield, CA.
