- Create and maintain professional relationships with hospital social workers, case managers, physicians, and referral sources
- Communicate with physicians regarding referrals and facility services
- Coordinate with the financial office regarding census accuracy, insurance verification, Medicare, and Medicaid eligibility
- Manage referral flow and admissions processes, including community outreach and customer experience
- Meet census goals by working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
- Lead weekly and monthly meetings focused on business development goals
- Guide internal and external sales and marketing programs
- Assist with market research, surveys, demographic analysis, and competitive analysis
- Help improve occupancy systems including tours, inquiry handling, follow-up, and customer satisfaction
- 2+ years of related experience, preferably in healthcare marketing or long-term care
- Motivated and organized team player
- Self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Passionate about helping others and supporting quality resident care
