Pay: 72,000 to $75,000 annually, based on education and experienceHours: Full-time, 40 hours per week with occasional additional hours based on business needsReady to make an impact by helping drive growth and strengthen customer partnerships?AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.As our Director of Proposals & District Contracts, you'll lead the RFP process for AlphaBEST and its subsidiary companies while overseeing key B2B contract renewals and deadlines. You'll partner across Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to develop compelling proposals, prepare for upcoming opportunities, and ensure important contract milestones are proactively managed.We're looking for a leader who:Is an exceptional writer and editor who can turn complex information into clear, persuasive business languageExcels at managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlinesBrings strong attention to detail and a compliance-focused mindsetThinks strategically and proactively identifies upcoming opportunities and risksBuilds strong cross-functional relationships and takes ownership from start to finishIn this role, you will:Lead RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs from opportunity evaluation through final submissionDevelop proposal strategy, messaging, content, and supporting materialsOwn and maintain our Loopio proposal management platform and content libraryTrack B2B contracts, renewals, extensions, expirations, and anticipated rebidsPartner with Sales, Legal, Operations, and other teams to proactively manage contract and proposal prioritiesPrepare presentation materials and teams for RFP interviews and finalist presentationsTrack proposal outcomes and use win/loss and competitive insights to strengthen future strategiesManage and develop one direct report supporting proposal coordination and administrationSupport business development and marketing initiatives as organizational priorities requireRequirements:Bachelor 's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in proposal management, RFP development, business development, contract administration, marketing, or a related field preferredPublic-sector or education-sector RFP experience strongly preferredExceptional writing, editing, project management, and organizational skillsAbility to interpret complex RFPs, contracts, procurement documents, and scoring criteriaExperience with proposal management software preferred; Loopio experience is a plus but not requiredStrong analytical, presentation development, and cross-functional collaboration skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspacePrevious supervisory or team leadership experience preferredWhy Join Us?This isn't just a job - it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on AlphaBEST's continued growth.You'll play an important role in helping us win new business, strengthen existing partnerships, and build more effective processes for managing proposals and customer contracts across the organization.Visit AlphaBEST.org/careers to learn more about our benefits.
