Property Manager – Class A Community

Colorado Springs, CO

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for a well-maintained, mid-sized Class A residential community in Colorado Springs. This is an excellent opportunity for a property management professional who enjoys being hands-on, leading a team, and creating a positive experience.

What You’ll Do as the Property Manager

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure the community runs smoothly
• Lead, support, and coordinate onsite staff
• Maintain strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Oversee leasing activity, occupancy, renewals, and resident retention
• Coordinate maintenance needs, vendors, and property projects
• Monitor property performance, reporting, budgets, and operational goals
• Maintain high standards for the appearance and overall performance of the community

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of property management experience
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating property operations
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with property management software like Yardi, MS Office is required
• Professional, approachable leadership style
• Ability to work effectively with residents, employees, vendors, and individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Experience with Class A communities is a plus
