Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical setup of manufacturing equipment according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions during setup and operation.
• Conduct calibration and testing of machinery to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Document setup procedures, changes, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and system navigation

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for work order management and inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Basic understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) operation and troubleshooting.
• Forklift certification or experience operating similar material handling equipment.
• Proficiency in using digital multimeters and other diagnostic tools.
