Product Manager with Sales Executive FunctionsWe are looking for talent from Universidad Carlos III / Politécnica de Madrid / IE / ICADE-ICAI / Autónoma de Madrid (final year or degree completed), to join our team as a Product Manager with Sales Executive functions, and help us drive our growth.Job ResponsibilitiesProduct Management (80%): Advise the client on their product and the prioritization of features. Build the development roadmap together with the technical team and ensure its compliance. Understand the business behind the project and provide strategic recommendations with a rigorous and intelligent perspective.Sales (20%): Qualify incoming leads and manage the complete sales cycle, from generation to closing. Participate in discovery meetings with C-Level profiles of large groups. Contribute to the recognition of Galadrim in conferences and expand our network of contacts.Your Progression at GaladrimIn 3 months: You will have worked on at least 4 projects. You will know how to transform the business needs of your clients into technical roadmaps (with the support of a tech lead) and will carry out daily follow-up of a team.In 6 months: You will master our agile methodology, with autonomy to advise clients on the prioritization of features while identifying upsell opportunities. If your practices are satisfactory, we can talk about a possible offer of an indefinite contract in the long term.BenefitsHybrid position in Madrid (4 days in office / 1 remote, cumulative).
