Bilingual Onsite Representative – Part-Time

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Bilingual Onsite Representative to join our team! This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable using a computer and social media, and wants to gain experience in staffing and recruiting.

No staffing experience is required — we will train the right person!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Hours: Part-Time | 6-hour shifts

What You’ll Do

• Assist employees and applicants with questions and daily needs
• Communicate with employees in both English and Spanish
• Help with employee check-ins, attendance, and basic onsite coordination
• Assist with recruiting and contacting potential candidates
• Create and share job opportunities through social media
• Enter and update information using a computer
• Help maintain employee records and basic documentation
• Communicate professionally with our internal team and client
• Provide general administrative and staffing support as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to communicate comfortably in both languages
• Basic computer skills required
• Comfortable using Facebook and other social media platforms
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Organized and able to multitask
• Comfortable interacting with different people throughout the day
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Staffing/recruiting experience is a plus, but NOT required
