Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Colorado (UCH) and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Colorado (UCH).

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Credentials: - Oncology skills checklist required.

Required Skills/Experience: - While additional support is provided, candidates must be comfortable with and have prior experience working in environments with flexible staffing ratios.

Unit Details: - Adult patient population. - Oncology/GYN-ONC/Palliative/Med Tele unit. - Ratios: 1:4 day shift, 1:5 night shift. Nurse-to-patient ratios may flex up based on staffing and unit needs.

Shift & Scheduling: - 10 RTO days max approved. - Weekend requirement: Yes, per unit needs. - No call.

Special Requests: - RTO is not allowed during the following time periods: June 28- July 9, 2026; September 2 – September 12, 2026; October 25 – November 4, 2026. Flexibility may be considered for harder-to-fill positions.

Floating Requirements: - Floating as required within scope and may float to sister facilities based on facility needs.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
