Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, creating and nurturing rapport while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate progress, stability, and make recommendations for discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor tailor-made treatment plans that prioritize the needs and goals of clients.

• Document client interactions thoroughly, ensuring all progress notes and assessments are accurate and up-to-date in our electronic health record system.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments of clients, gathering essential information to guide treatment planning.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client well-being.
\n
• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and maintain professional growth.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, effectively sharing insights to contribute to holistic patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary population served includes youth dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of one year experience working directly with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Experience conducting assessments, diagnoses, and providing both individual and group therapy.

• Competency in using technology in clinical practice, including basic computer skills for documentation and telehealth.

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
