Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while still dedicating approximately 40 hours per week to clinical responsibilities. As an LCSW, you will be utilizing advanced technological tools for telehealth services to connect with clients and manage their care effectively within our Hospice Center framework. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in our team by:

• Delivering individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments through interviews that gather detailed social, personal, environmental, and health-related information to inform treatment planning.

• Collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their emotional and psychological needs, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Implementing various cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, including crisis resolution and necessary referrals to additional community resources.

• Building and nurturing ongoing therapeutic relationships based on mutual respect, trust, and acceptance, vital for client engagement and retention.

• Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of treatment services through feedback, assessment tools, and progress metrics.

• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and treatment provided, adhering to professional protocols and confidentiality standards.

• Managing an appropriate caseload, ensuring timely documentation and client follow-ups are conducted efficiently.

• Providing clinical counseling support to clients facing challenges in areas such as depression, anxiety, grief, and substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience, showcasing proficiency in the behavioral mental health field.

• Prior experience in counseling individuals with mental health issues, including depression, marital difficulties, and substance dependence, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $104,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
