Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency. Provide accurate information regarding our extensive range of pharmaceuticals, medical products, and healthcare solutions. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary. Process customer orders, returns, and requests with a high degree of accuracy. Maintain detailed and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions in our internal systems. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and clinical support, to ensure customer needs are met. Uphold the company's reputation by demonstrating a commitment to our core values and customer-centric focus in every interaction. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, professional, and courteous manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find effective solutions for customers. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and a demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly. A genuine passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic approach to customer relations. Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry is highly desirable but not essential.
