Your Impact and Growth Orchestrate seamless office operations and coordinate complex calendars to empower a leadership team of approximately 10 individuals. Facilitate highly productive meetings by managing comprehensive logistics, coordinating catering, and distributing actionable summaries. Expand your technical capabilities by providing critical backup support for time and expense management within our UKG system. Engage directly with our core operations through occasional, active presence (approximately 10%) on the plant floor. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 3 years (ideally 5–7 years) of proven administrative experience. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to drive daily efficiency. Hands-on experience navigating SAP, Workday, and UKG systems. Excellent communication skills to effectively support office staff and coordinate vital logistics.
