Administrative Assistant

Description:

Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services is searching for a part-time Administrative Assistant for our Mabank, Texas location at a starting wage of $20-$21 per hour.

• Phone duties, including answering incoming calls from families and veterinary clinics and providing information about our services, the cremation process, and memorial products that we offer.
• Assisting families when they are making arrangements for their pets cremation at our facility.
• Sort Paperwork, being able to recognize and fix errors.
• Enter sales into accounting software.
• Answer billing questions from families, clinic personnel, and other Faithful Companion staff.
• Answer family inquiry emails.
• Order custom urns, jewelry, and memorial products.
• Collect outstanding payments from individual families and clinics.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects with assistance.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining efficiency.
• Self-motivation.
• Problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering error-free services.
• Must be technology friendly.

Compensation details: 20-21 Hourly Wage
