Senior Sales
JinJing International Trade Limited
- Have solid working experience in pet products foreign trade sales, own stable overseas customer resources is mandatory.
- Good oral and written English ability, can independently complete all-round English business communication and negotiation.
- Familiar with the whole foreign trade order operation process, from inquiry to shipment arrangement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capability, target-driven, able to withstand sales performance pressure.
- Skilled in common office software. 1. Be responsible for overseas sales of pet supplies, develop new clients relying on existing personal customer resources, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with old customers.
- Receive customer inquiries via email and online communication in English, make quotations, negotiate contracts and complete order signing & follow-up.
- Track order production, delivery and after-sales problems, promptly resolve customers’ complaints and demands.
- Collect overseas pet product market trends, competitor data and customer purchasing needs, report to the company regularly.
- Finish monthly and annual sales performance targets as required.
