Responsibilities: Develops a strategy in support of talent acquisition and builds relationships with business leadership and Human Resources Manager to align talent pipelines needs Post open positions, sources applicants, screens resumes, interviews, and evaluates candidates, and provides a short list to senior hiring managers that meet each role's requirements Writes job descriptions or review and edits job descriptions written by others Partners with the Human Resources Manager, and hiring managers to prepare competitive and fair offers for internal and external talent Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are consistently applied and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process Coordinates participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs and trade shows Arranges travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants Presents onboarding for new hires General administrative tasks to support other departments Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any related discipline Periodic domestic travel is required Strong knowledge of technical recruiting and 3-5 years of experience, Manufacturing/Engineering preferred Understanding of applicant tracking systems Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion Excellent verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office knowledge is mandatory #J-18808-Ljbffr EmergencyMD
