Your Role as HR Manager Reporting directly to the Executive VP, you will lead a dedicated three‑person team and blend high‑level strategy (15%) with team leadership (40%) and day‑to‑day execution (45%). Your responsibilities include designing vision, executing plans, and fostering a culture of humility, honesty & integrity, make it happen, high standards, happy customers, efficiency, and happy & successful employees . People & Culture Leadership Lead executive hiring for Branch Managers and corporate leadership, ensuring alignment with core values Oversee performance management, coaching managers to conduct effective corrective conversations and maintain healthy processes such as monthly one‑on‑ones Audit hiring metrics like "Time to First Contact" to improve branch hiring speed Lead a weekly one‑hour HR orientation for new hires and provide high‑level training for management Identify retention trends and implement solutions to keep teams happy, engaged, and successful HR Operations & Compliance Payroll & benefits: ensure accurate bi‑weekly ADP payroll and manage robust benefits packages, including the 200% 401(k) match Compliance: navigate FMLA, ACA, workers’ compensation, and other legal and reporting requirements Community building: organize the Annual Company Picnic and other employee‑engagement events Systems Development & Strategic Support You will improve existing systems, develop new ones such as compensation and policy processes, and contribute to executive meetings to shape the future of our 35+ locations. You may collaborate with in‑house software developers to create custom solutions that streamline HR administration.
