Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate charts and ensure safety and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to implement individualized care plans

Requirements
- Active New York Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Ability to work the day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM)
- Willingness to work in a long-term care setting
- Prior LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Must meet state regulatory requirements and facility policies
