Accounting Manager

Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the general ledger team Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes Coordinate year‑end audits with external auditors Manage the preparation of audit schedules, data requests, financial statements, and accompanying footnotes Streamline intercompany accounting, allocations, and accrual management Develop KPI dashboards to improve accounting operations and performance Assist with filings, partner transactions, and compensation‑related entries Implement machine learning tools for journal entry automation/approval and reconciliations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 7-10 years of related accounting experience within a professional services environment Experience at a law firm a plus Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems Success driving process transformation, system implementations, and AI/automation initiatives Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial automation platforms Salary Range $165,000-$195,000 Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr Arrow Search Partners
