How You’ll Make an Impact As an HR Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across Finance and Marketing/Communications, shaping talent strategies and people initiatives that accelerate business results. You will collaborate with global Human Resources partners to build a competitive, inclusive, and high-performing organization. Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with assigned leadership teams. Partner with leaders to improve engagement, productivity, and talent attraction and retention. Translate business strategies and competitive insights into effective talent and workforce plans. Support workforce and succession planning through data-driven insights and tools. Ensure effective performance management, including performance evaluations, improvement plans, and corrective actions. Collaborate with Global Human Resources Centers of Expertise to deliver best‑fit talent solutions. Support compensation reviews by evaluating job requirements, responsibilities, and competencies. Coach managers to ensure compliance with Human Resources policies, guidelines, and employment laws. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Human Resources processes and systems. Champion inclusion, diversity, and collaboration across teams and geographies. Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. 5+ years of Human Resources business partnering experience. Experience supporting medium-to-large or global organizations. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment. Expert knowledge of Human Resources policies, practices, and processes. Proven experience coaching and partnering with experienced leaders. Ability to use data and analytics to inform business decisions. Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward Experience leading or supporting change initiatives in fast‑paced environments. Demonstrated success implementing Human Resources process improvements. Work Environment Standing, walking, or operating equipment for extended periods. Working in a lab or manufacturing setting with appropriate PPE provided. Use of computers and digital tools in an office or hybrid environment. Occasional lifting or movement of materials.
