deposits loans Requirements 3-5 years of loan processing experience or document review; Jr processor eligible. Experience with credit unions, mortgage lenders. Be able to identify documents and large deposits. Knowledge of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines. Processing conventional loans – home loans and a variety of loans. Data Change Request Requirements. Preferred 1-2 years as processing assistant. Encompass experience preferred. Experience Level Intermediate Level. Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX. Fully onsite. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
