We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Home Loan Specialist to join our Mortgage Fulfillment Division. In this role, you will be a key contributor supporting various channels within MFD, helping to drive efficient processes and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Perform complex data and document validation to ensure accuracy and compliance Troubleshoot third‑party orders including title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certification, and credit reports Handle escalated or complex customer interactions via phone, email, or chat Complete appraisal eligibility tasks and ensure timely processing Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines and regulatory standards Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflow Perform other related duties as assigned Demonstrate behaviors aligned with our company's culture and core values Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services; mortgage industry experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Why Join Us?
