PHP provides part-time or fulltime opportunities to individuals pursuing careers as life insurance agent. PHP passionately serves people through a field sales force comprised of thousands of licensed agents deployed nationwide in offices they independently own and operate. This is a fully onsite role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m./ph3Job Summary:/h3pThis role is responsible for providing a high level of office support for our customers by receiving, reviewing, filing, and submitting applications and other various types of paperwork./ph3Primary Responsibilities:/h3ulliCompiles and verifies accuracy of data to be entered. Compares data entered with data from the documents to ensure accuracy. Takes necessary action to ensure the data submitted is complete and accurate./liliWorks with agents and marketers to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing policy status/liliEnters data from documents into computer following formats displayed on screen/liliKeeps record of work completed, transmit entered information into database files or routes documents after entry/liliReaches out to carriers to resolve inconsistencies or missing policy status/liliTrain coach temporary staff during peak season/liliReview submitted applications to provide quality controls and submit corrections to the carrier/liliPerform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team./li/ulh3Primary Skills Requirements:/h3ulliHigh School diploma or equivalent/lili0-2 years of experience in administrative roles, the insurance industry, or a similar field/liliDemonstrates sound judgment and includes appropriate team members in decision-making./liliMaintains a friendly, positive, and professional attitude at all times./liliDelivers prompt and effective customer service with strong communication skills./liliEnsures accuracy and thoroughness when analyzing applications to produce quality results./liliConsistently follows organizational policies, completes tasks on time, and maintains confidentiality./li/ulpIntegrity is one of the nations leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
