Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote work setting, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients in a flexible manner that accommodates their needs, while still adhering to a structured work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible hours as necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments, gaining insight into patients’ backgrounds and current challenges to inform treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders along with evidence-based treatment methods that are culturally competent and responsive.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy that incorporates diverse cultural frameworks tailored to client needs.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention, with the ability to maintain composure and provide effective support in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse array of clients.

• Competence in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications.
