Work remotely in a supportive online environment while being part of an outpatient office committed to trauma recovery. Our hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and develop meaningful, individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions designed to assist patients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping strategies.

• Engage in collaborative care by regularly consulting with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that patients feel safe and supported.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping skills, and available resources to empower them in their healing journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation that aligns with legal and ethical regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with individuals who are navigating the complexities of trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
