Remote Referral Partnerships Lead

Recruit and onboard individuals and small lead-generation organizations into our referral partner program. Build and scale a multi-layer referral network to generate company leads. Develop outreach strategies to attract high-potential referral partners. Educate partners on referral processes, incentives, and best practices. Manage partner onboarding, activation, engagement, and ongoing communication. Configure and manage custom referral fee structures when applicable. Requirements Experience in partnerships, affiliate programs, referral programs, community building, business development, or network-driven growth. Proven ability to recruit, activate, and manage external partners. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Experience with incentive-based or performance-driven partner ecosystems. Comfortable with outbound outreach and partner acquisition.
