Operational Specialist

\n \nYibi Group is a leading OEM manufacturer for global luxury & fashion brands, certified by LVMH, Kering, and Richemont. We are seeking an Operational Specialist to drive e-commerce growth for our North American luxury jewelry and hardware lines.
\n \nAbout the Role
\n \nWe’re looking for an Operational Specialist (NYC-based, remote eligible) to own end-to-end Amazon/e-commerce operations for the North American market, bridging our China team and US market to deliver operational excellence and business growth.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n \n- \n
- Manage full Amazon/e-commerce operations (listings, inventory, ads, orders) for luxury jewelry & hardware products \n
- Optimize campaigns and listings to boost sales, visibility, and customer experience \n
- Coordinate with China and US teams, serving as the primary operational point of contact \n
- Monitor KPIs, deliver data insights, and ensure compliance with US regulations and luxury brand standards \n
- Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and claims to maintain high seller ratings \n
Qualifications
\n \n- \n
- 3+ years of Amazon/e-commerce operations experience (US/North America market, luxury/jewelry/fashion industry preferred) \n
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, advertising tools, and e-commerce workflows \n
- Experience collaborating with international/China -based teams across time zones \n
- Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a strong plus \n

- Strong communication, cross-team coordination, and problem-solving abilities \n
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to perform under pressure \n
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools and data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) \n
