\n \nHelp Transform Operations & Supply Chain Strategies Across the Life Sciences Industry
\nIdeal opportunity for consultants with Operations & Supply Chain experience and strong Life Sciences expertise from leading consulting firms.
\n \nAre you passionate about operations consulting, supply chain strategy, and solving complex business challenges ? We're looking for an Associate Consultant to join a high-performing consulting team focused on helping Life Sciences organizations improve performance across their end-to-end supply chains.
\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n✔ Develop problem-solving frameworks to address complex operational and supply chain challenges
\n✔ Conduct research, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights
\n✔ Own workstreams and synthesize data into strategic recommendations for clients
\n✔ Support projects across supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics
\n✔ Collaborate closely with case teams to develop client presentations and recommendations
\n✔ Present findings through clear written and verbal communication
\n✔ Coach and support junior team members to build team capabilities
\n✔ Work directly with clients and support project execution both remotely and on-site as needed
\n \n✅ What We're Looking For
\nBachelor's degree from a renowned university with outstanding academic achievement
\n2-3 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation in a relevant field
\nStrong Operations & Supply Chain experience
\nStrong Life Sciences industry credibility
\n \nWe're especially interested in candidates with consulting experience supporting Life Sciences, Biopharma, MedTech, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain engagements.
\n \nCompensation
\nAssociate Consultant Base Salary: $135,000 annually
\n✅ Additional compensation and benefits package available

\n✅ Client travel may be required
\n✅ International project exposure opportunities available
\nVisa sponsorship is not available
