Associate Recruiter

Location: Woburn, MA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Tuesday through Thursday in the Woburn office
Hours: 8 hours per shift

Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to support the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience who is organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, including phone, video, and in-person interviews, along with debrief meetings.
• Support campus recruiting initiatives, career fairs, and university engagement activities.
• Assist with the summer intern program in partnership with business leaders and HR teams.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling, recruiting status, and follow-ups.
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for next steps.
• Conduct phone screens and provide candidate recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Support internal recruiting and ensure a positive experience for internal candidates.
• Facilitate new-hire orientations and support a high-quality onboarding experience.
• Maintain job descriptions and compensation information in recruiting systems.
• Support recruitment marketing activities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Maintain Talent Acquisition reports and prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
• Assist with recruiting-related invoices, purchase orders, vendors, and expenses.
• Support various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring across multiple job functions is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Arrangement

This position is hybrid , with an expectation to work from the Woburn, MA office Tuesday through Thursday .
