Manager Financial Services - PAS

IDR is seeking a Manager Financial Services - PAS to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Fountain Valley, CA. This role involves supporting the Managed Care strategy by analyzing and assembling financial data to inform routine reports. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in healthcare finance, particularly in managed care and payer arrangements.

Position Overview for the Manager Financial Services - PAS:

• Supports the Managed Care strategy by assembling and analyzing financial data for routine reports.
• Sources include Snowflake, payor capitation data, cost accounting system data, GL, budgeting, and patient billing data.
• Evaluates complex commercial and government payer arrangements including ACOs, Direct to Employer, Medicare Advantage, Medi-Cal, medical group, and ambulatory contracts.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and data analysis.
• Utilizes advanced technical skills to improve data collection and reporting processes.

Requirements for the Manager Financial Services - PAS:

• Two (2) years experience, preferably in Managed Care analytic setting.
• Proficient in SQL development and Epic systems, with advanced Excel capabilities, alongside strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Extremely organized with strong sense of priority, urgency, and commitment to deadlines.
• Self-motivated individual able to handle fluctuating volumes of work, able to prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Attain competency with Snowflake, SQL, accounting systems, and EPIC to analyze data and trends.

Compensation Details: $70/hr W2
