Production Associate - 2nd Shift

Quanex is looking for a safety conscious, Production Associate to join our 2nd Shift team located in Cannon Falls, Minnesota . In this role, you are responsible for performing changeovers, packing parts and performing quality checks, in a manner to consistently meet production standards and quality profiles on extrusion lines. Collaborative & Team-Oriented Environment Growth Potential Work on a Wide Variety of Tasks in a Dynamic Environment Work Schedule: Monday-Friday: 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm What Success Looks Like: Follows all safety procedures as outlined, always uses all approved safety devices and equipment and identifies any existing or potential safety issues. Follows standard work for packaging, quality inspection, and machine operation. Maintains an organized and clean work area. Assists other departments or areas as required and takes direction from Team Leader. The hourly rate starts at $21/hr. + shift differential of $2.50/hr.
