Litigation Secretary

The firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Legal Assistant with 5+ years of civil litigation experience to support a dynamic team of attorneys. Litigation Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities: Support three attorneys including the Managing Partner Draft and finalize litigation documents; preform accurate state and federal e-filing, Manage calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and client meetings. Organize case files, track deadlines, and assist with trial preparation. Communicate professionally with clients and court personnel. Handle billing, time entries, and expense reports.
