Desired qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working with children or adolescents, especially in educational or pediatric settings, is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow Behavior Intervention Plans with fidelity
- Demonstrated commitment to supporting children with diverse behavioral needs
- Reliability, patience, and a collaborative attitude
- Providing direct behavior intervention services to students under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or other qualified professionals
- Collecting and documenting data on student progress and behaviors
- Supporting students in classrooms and other educational settings as needed
- Assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support plans
- Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a student-centered approach at all times
