Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Frontier Behavioral & Mental Health Clinic, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing various evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated and coordinated approach to client care.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Offering crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and formulating safety plans as necessary to safeguard client welfare.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, which also involves documenting treatment progress and modifying care plans as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
