Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and areas for development.

• Provide individualized therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and outline specific interventions.

• Collaborate closely with other treatment team members to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment, formulating safety plans as needed to support clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to foster community and provide education about mental health challenges.
