Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather critical information on clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and community resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a range of evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering clients' well-being and resilience.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to treatment that addresses all aspects of the client's health.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients in immediate distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring compliance with both legal and ethical standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that provide shared healing and community learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will focus primarily on serving a diverse student population within school settings, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
